Function std.checkedint.Checked.opBinaryRight

Defines binary operators +, -, *, /, %, ^^, &, |, ^, <<, >>, and >>> for the case when a built-in numeric or Boolean type is on the left-hand side, and a Checked instance is on the right-hand side.
